πŸ₯• Track your nutrition with Wellosβ„’ ️


ℹ️ The top of the Tracking tab displays the tracking date.

Change the date using the arrows or tap the date to select from a calendar.



Add a meal

  1. From the Tracking tab, tap Nutrition

  2. Tap the plus sign (+) to add a meal

  3. Add food:

    • Search for items in our database πŸ”Ž

    • Use the barcode scanner πŸ“±

  4. Adjust the serving size

  5. Tap Add To Meal

  6. When you are finished adding foods to the meal, tap Done



Edit a meal

  1. From Tracking tab, tap Nutrition

  2. On the meal you'd like to edit, tap the three dots (...) next to the meal's name

  3. Tap β€˜Edit [meal name]’

  4. Edit the meal as needed, adding or deleting items

  5. When you are finished, tap ㄨ in the upper left hand corner to go back
    ​


Delete food from a meal

  1. From Tracking tab, tap Nutrition

  2. On the meal you'd like to edit, tap the three dots (...) next to the meal's name

  3. Tap β€˜Edit [meal name]’

  4. Edit the meal as needed, tapping the βœ–οΈ next to a food to delete it

  5. When you are finished, tap ㄨ in the upper left hand corner to go back
    ​


Delete a meal

  1. From Tracking tab, tap Nutrition

  2. On the meal you'd like to edit, tap the three dots (...) next to the meal's name

  3. Tap β€˜Delete [meal name]’
    ​
