The more you track, the more personalized feedback we can provide you. Wellos evolves along with you and your habits, offering you clear and practical Insights at every step. 🚀

Tracking Pillars 🏛️

Our Tracking Pillars provide essential tracking data to help you monitor your nutrition, weight, and activity progress. In the case of the Nutrition Pillar, the Tracking Dash displays a summary of a day’s totals related to selected Nutrient Types.

Nutrition tracking 🥗

Our Nutrition Tracker is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of what’s fueling your body – vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. When you log your meals and snacks, our smart system offers personalized Insights and Supports tailored to your nutritional needs. As an added bonus, we’ll send weekly reports based on your goals and progress.

With Wellos, we make tracking simple and worth your while. You’ll track by Occasions, which are specific daily meal moments – breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. And you can have multiple entries of each type, so no detail gets missed.

  • Meal tabs represent meals you haven’t added any food items to yet. Think of them as placeholders for your upcoming meals. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks are all included!

  • Meal cards give you a visual snapshot of what you’ve eaten at a meal. You can timestamp each Occasion and create multiple occurrences of the same type to track things like morning and afternoon snacks.

  • Nutrient types offer education on various aspects of nutrition, such as calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, and added or total sugar. You can customize your macro targets and select which nutrient types are displayed.

  • Nutrition tags are brief notes on your tracked foods. Tags like ‘protein-packed,’ ‘fiber-rich,’ and ‘added sugars’ provide qualitative feedback to guide your eating habits.

  • Calorie counts can stress some people out. That’s why Wellos allows you to optionally hide them in some places to help you focus on the nutrients that matter.

Keeping an eye on your weight is one way to monitor your overall progress.

Our weight tracker makes keeping tabs on weight changes easy over time. Sync it with your Apple Health or Health Connect account or track manually using our easy-entry tracker. Tracking consistently helps you spot trends, celebrate achievements, and set realistic future goals.

Activity tracking 🏃🏾‍♀️

Staying active plays a huge role in your health and how you feel.

Our activity tracker syncs with your Apple Health or Health Connect account to help you understand how movement impacts your well-being. We track it all, whether it's a brisk walk, a gym session, or a yoga class. And seeing your progress in real time can motivate you to keep moving forward.
