Weight tracking with Wellos™

How do I track my weight on the Wellos app?

You can track your weight in the Tracking tab of the Wellos app using the steps below. You can also sync Wellos with your mobile device's Health app.

Tracking your weight with Wellos

  1. Tap on Tracking tab

  2. Tap Weight

  3. Tap Manually enter today’s weight

  4. Enter your weight

  5. Tap Done


How do I sync my mobile device’s health app with the Wellos weight tracker?

iOS

  1. Tap on Tracking tab

  2. Tap Weight

  3. Tap Connect Apple Health

  4. Tap to toggle on/off data you’d like to share with Wellos

  5. Then tap Allow

Android

  1. Tap on Tracking tab

  2. Tap Weight

  3. Tap Sync with Health Connect

  4. Tap Continue to allow data syncing between Health Connect and Wellos


How do I adjust my weekly weight loss goal?

Adjusting your weekly weight loss goal will automatically adjust your Daily Calorie Goal to best fit your needs. You can readjust your weekly weight loss at any time. (The weekly weight loss goal is available for those on the Weight Health Journey.)

  1. Tap on Home tab

  2. Tap on your initials in the upper right hand corner

  3. Tap Nutritional Targets

  4. Under Weight Loss Per Week Goal, tap and edit your goal: (you can select between 0.25lb - 2lb per week)

  5. Tap Save Updates


How do I adjust my goal weight?

  1. Tap on Home tab

  2. Tap on your initials in the upper right hand corner

  3. Tap Nutritional Targets

  4. Under Weight Goal, tap and edit your weight goal

  5. Tap Save Updates


How do I adjust my calorie or macronutrient targets?

  1. Tap on Home tab

  2. Tap on your initials in the upper right hand corner

  3. Tap Nutritional Targets

  4. Tap and edit the Macro Breakdown percentages (they must add up to 100%)

    1. Carbohydrates

    2. Protein

    3. Total Fat

  5. Tap Save Updates
