To navigate to 'My Profile' click on the Wellos Home tab and then click your initials in the top-right hand corner.

My Profile > Account Settings > Personal Information

To update your personal information, tap into the fields you would like to change and then tap Save updates.

About You

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Pronoun (optional)

  • Preferred Name (optional)

Height & Weight

  • Your Height

  • Your Current Weight

My Profile > Account Settings > Email

Change Email Address

  1. My Profile > Account Settings > Email

  2. Type in your new email and tap Send Verification Code.

  3. Retrieve the 8 digit code from your email inbox (the email you are updating to)

  4. Input the 8 digit code into Enter Verification Code.

  5. Tap Confirm Code.

    • The box around your confirmation code will display as green when the code is entered correctly.

    • You will also see a confirmation message 'Email updated successfully'

My Profile > Account Settings > Password

Change Your Password

  1. My Profile > Account Settings > Password

  2. Tap on Edit Password.

  3. Under Current Password, type in your current password.

    • (Forgot your password? Click 'Forgot Password')

  4. Type in your new password twice.

  5. Tap Save Updates.

    • You will see a confirmation message 'Password updated successfully'

Journey Settings

🎯 Nutritional Targets

My Profile > Journey Settings > Nutritional Targets

  • Daily Calorie Goal

  • Macronutrient Breakdown

  • Weight Goal

  • Weight Loss Per Week Goal

To edit your targets:

  1. My Profile > Journey Settings > Nutritional Targets

  2. Tap on the field(s) you would like to change and update the value(s).

  3. Once values are updated, tap Save Updates.

    1. You'll receive a message 'Nutritional Targets updated successfully'
