This article describes how to view and cancel your Wellos™ subscription plan.

View Your Subscription and Update Payment

You can view your subscription directly from the Wellos app.

Wellos App

  1. If you subscribed on our website, go to your subscription management page

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive a secure login link.

  3. Check your email and use the link provided to view and edit your subscription and payment details.

via iOS Settings

  • Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions > Wellos

  • Your plan will automatically renew on your renewal date until canceled.

via Google Play Store

  • Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions > Wellos

  • Your plan will automatically renew on your renewal date until canceled.


Cancel Your Subscription

If you signed up for Wellos on the web, please cancel via Wellos.com.

Wellos.com

  1. Visit the Stripe Subscription Page here and enter your email.

  2. Open your email to find the secure link to your subscription page.

    • Note: This link is only valid for 30 minutes after generating.

  3. Visit your Stripe billing page:

    • To cancel your subscription: click Cancel Plan in the top right.

    • To update your payment info: select the pencil icon next to your card info.

    • To update your billing address: scroll down to find the pencil icon in the BILLING INFORMATION section

    • To view payment history and print/save invoices: scroll down to INVOICE HISTORY section.

  4. For best security, select “Log out” on the left side and close browser window when complete.

If you signed up for Wellos via a mobile device, please cancel on your mobile device directly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

iOS

  • Open Settings on your device.

  • At the top of the menu, tap your name.

  • Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)

  • Tap the Wellos subscription.

  • Tap Cancel Subscription.

Note: The subscription has already been canceled if there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text.


Android

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.

  3. Tap Menu (three horizontal bars); then tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select the Wellos subscription.

  5. Tap Cancel subscription.

  6. Follow the instructions.

It's important to follow the above instructions to cancel your account correctly. Please note that uninstalling (or deleting) the app will not cancel your subscription.

Delete Your Account and Your Data

To delete your account and all of the associated data, please first cancel your subscription using the steps above. Once that is complete, follow these steps to cancel the account.

  1. In the app, navigate to the Home tab.

  2. Tap the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click Manage Subscriptions.

  4. Click Delete My Account.

  5. Click Send Verification Code.

  6. Enter the Verification Code that has been emailed to you.

  7. Click Delete Account.

Request a Refund

Wellos can grant refunds on subscriptions made via our website when requested within 48 hours of your first purchase. We are only able to provide a refund for your first monthly payment. Your subscription will auto-renew each month until canceled. If you cancel after payment, you’ll have access through the end of the paid period, when the cancellation will take effect.

If you subscribed via a mobile device, please request your refund via your mobile device. Unfortunately, Wellos is not authorized to manage refunds through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as your payment info is kept secure within your app store account. Please contact Apple or Google directly to manage your app subscriptions.
