Using the most recent version of the Wellos™ app is vital to ensure you have all the latest features to keep your app running smoothly. Instructions are available for both Android and iOS devices.
Android
To view your current app version:
Go to Settings, then Apps.
Search the Wellos app and tap to open.
The app version will be listed.
If you need to update your app:
Open the Google Play Store App and tap Menu, then My Apps & Games.
Search the Wellos app and tap Update.
iOS
To view your current app version:
Go to Settings, then General and iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.
Locate the Wellos app and tap to open.
On the details page, the version will appear next to the tile.
If you need to update your app:
Open the App Store.
Search the Wellos app and tap Update.
Note: Update will not appear if the app is current.
