Go to Wellos.com and log in to your account.
In the upper right-hand corner, click on the circle with your initials.
Then click Manage Subscription.
Next, under $XX.XX per month, click View Details to review your subscription information.
From here, please confirm that your promo code is active and applying the discount correctly.
