How do I track my weight on the Wellos app?
You can track your weight in the Tracking tab of the Wellos app using the steps below. You can also sync Wellos with your mobile device's Health app.

Tap Weight
Tap Manually enter today’s weight
Enter your weight
Tap Done

Tap on Tracking tab
Tap Weight
Tap Connect Apple Health
Tap to toggle on/off data you’d like to share with Wellos
Then tap Allow
Android
Tap on Tracking tab
Tap Weight
Tap Sync with Health Connect
Tap Continue to allow data syncing between Health Connect and Wellos
How do I adjust my weekly weight loss goal?
Adjusting your weekly weight loss goal will automatically adjust your Daily Calorie Goal to best fit your needs. You can readjust your weekly weight loss at any time. (The weekly weight loss goal is available for those on the Weight Health Journey.)

Tap on your initials in the upper right hand corner
Tap Nutritional Targets
Under Weight Loss Per Week Goal, tap and edit your goal: (you can select between 0.25lb - 2lb per week)
Tap Save Updates
